Tenant Relations Valuable as they are, dealing with tenants is time-consuming and can put a strain on the Landlord-Tenant relationship. Stone Management acts as a liaison between clients and tenants to facilitate a relationship where the needs of both parties are met. Tenants will be able to reach us during regular office hours and will have access to our 24-hour emergency line for problems that occur after hours.
Rent Collections At the client's discretion, Stone Management will collect rent on his behalf and keep accurate records of tenants' rental payments and the overall profitability of each managed unit. Stone Management operates within the framework of federal, state, and local law for tenant selection and the management of properties. In the event that legal actions need to be taken against a tenant, Stone Management will act on the client's behalf to collect what's due and secure the property.
Upkeep Overseeing and maintaining managed properties are our primary functions. In so doing, Stone Management protects the marketability of client properties with consistent, vigilant site maintenance and upkeep. This includes landscaping, handyman jobs, large construction jobs, and 24-hour emergency services.
Bookkeeping Stone Management enforces an open books policy to maintain the basic fiduciary trust necessary to nurture good relationships with our clients. With adequate notice, clients are welcome to come into the office and look over any and all files relevant to their own properties. We work to maintain clear, open lines of communication between the company and our clients. Yearly, quarterly, monthly, and even weekly reports are available to clients to ultimately ascertain the profitability of units. Reports include:
